Information we collect: We may collect your mobile phone number, your name, message content you send to us, delivery status, and opt-in / opt-out preferences when you participate in Sour Flour SMS (for example driver/ops updates, order or delivery notices, or other bakery operational texts).
How we use this information: We use mobile information only to send the types of messages you opted into, to respond to your texts, to honor STOP/HELP requests, and to operate and improve our bakery messaging.
No sale or sharing for third-party marketing: Mobile information and messaging consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell your phone number.
Service providers: We use Twilio (and similar processors) only to deliver and log SMS on our behalf. They are not permitted to use your number for their own marketing.
Opt out: Reply STOP to any Sour Flour text to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies (for operational texts, up to about 10 messages per day).
